Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?
We want you to enjoy your items as soon as you can! Therefore, we would be unable to change or cancel an order once it has been placed.
 
How will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped by USPS using First Class or Priority deliveries within USA and First Class International for other countries.
Orders over $50 are eligible for free First Class Shipping within USA.

Do you ship internationally?

We can ship to many countries. Please contact us prior to placing your order. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine additional costs prior to buying.

Please be aware that international deliveries may take up to 4-6 weeks and tracking links will not be updated after packages leave USA.

 How long will my order take to arrive?

After your order has been processed, please allow 4-6 days for shipping within USA (varies by location). We will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number once your package has been sent! 

(However, *PLEASE* make sure your shipping address information is entirely correct to ensure fast and safe delivery!)

Defective Product?

If a product received has manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request a product replacement within 14 days of receiving the item. If the case is deemed valid, BasikGlam will cover related costs to deliver a replacement.
